I deleted the imation lock of 4 GB flash drive. How to recover photos from locked part which is invisible ?

i had locked 1 gb spave and stored pics, now afetr deletion of imation lock only 3 gb space is seen other 1 gb is not visible and i know my pics are in that space , how do i recover the photos?
