i really want a six pack but i am only 12 and am not sure if i am doing the right thing.

i made up my own diet consisting of different styles of sit ups, crunches, push ups, static holds, leg lifts and etc. I have been going for 10 days so far and can already fill solidness and a huge line down the middle of my stomach and i am also starting to see the definition in abs

but the confusing thing is i did some research and it says that it will take around 8-12 weeks on average for adults and it will take around 16-20 weeks as a kid because the muscles wont be able to cope as well

why can i see definition? is this concerning my health? and will i end up with a six pack?

  1. Any information you read is only a guide and does not tell you what it going to happen to you.

Your muscle development and percentage of body fat determine how soon and how much of your abdominal muscles you can see.

Being able to see changes in your abdominal muscles in only a week means you had a head start rather than starting your program with no muscle tone.

There are no concerns regarding your health.

Whether you end up with a visible six pack depends on your muscle type and percentage of body fat and how committed you are to exercise.
