I desparately need a community grant, for food whilst i try to sort out my legal benefits entitlements help?

I need funds to buy food and toilet paper, basic necessities for human life to exist. have been denied my rightful benefits upto now and have been told to reapply for other benefits. i am in the colindale area. need community grant urgent please i need the specific address to visit to pick up the funds nw9

  1. Go to your local church - they often have a foodbank for parishioners who are truly desperate.  If you're not a parishioner then that could be a problem.

    But nobody just gives out free money.

    You should have arranged financial aid/support before it became this desperate.  Students aren't necessarily entitled to any benefits anyway.


  2. Go to your job centre and ask for a crisis loan. They will not give you a community grant because as yet they do not know if you are entitled to benefit.

    The crisis loan does need to be paid back but it is processed the same day so you will have money in your hand today (if you apply today)

  3. You need to apply through the jobcentre and wait for them to process the claim, it will take at least a week before you even get a decision. If your in real need go and visit social services and they can help you out. But the government don't simply give away money like that, you need to fill in an application form and send it away. You can't simply drop in and pick up money.

  4. Or try for a crisis loan off  the government, set up just for this situation.
