The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 star has reiterated his desire to leave Arena Khimki this summer and commented on his relationship with Sergei Silkin
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Andriy-Voronin-c6020, who had expressed his desire to leave Dynamo Moscow, has stressed that he has not changed his mind about his possible departure despite talks of his stay with the Russian outfit.
Reports suggested that Voronin might change his mind to stay at the Moscow-based club should the White-blues sack the under-fire manager, Sergei Silkin, following a disappointing Russian Premier League campaign.
But the Ukrainian striker, who has fallen down in the pecking order after falling out with Silkin, is still not expecting a swift passage back into the Moscow-based club’s dressing room with or without Silkin next season.
Voronin’s dispute with Silkin started following Dynamo’s 5-1 home defeat against Zenit St. Petersburg in which the 32-year-old striker had failed to impress. Consequently, Silkin benched the out-of-form Ukrainian forward
in the Russian cup quarter-finals against Zenit at Petrovsky stadium in March.
Voronin conceded that though he complained Silkin over the lack of first team action several times, the Russian tactician has not assured him of anything. The Ukrainian forward added that he respects the manager’s decision
and is now ready to leave this summer.
If speculations are to be believed, Voronin might return to the Ukrainian Premier League should any bigger Ukrainian outfit meet the Louders evaluation. Voronin insisted that he along with his agent, Andrew
Golovashov, are considering several options at the moment.
“I have already told you about my position. It was not an easy decision after spending two and a half years at Moscow. I am leaving a lot of bright memories about the team and the fans. But I realize that, I need change at
this stage."
“Golovashov is dealing with the transfer issue on my behalf.” The former Liverpool man was quoted as saying.
Media reports in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Russia-c2991 suggest that Rubin Kazan, Anzhi Makhachkala and Shakhtar Donetsk are lining up potential bids to land the prolific striker, who has scored 11 league goals in 37 appearances this season.
