I desperately need a job in Tampa, FL.?

I just moved here from Fargo, ND, and it's been seemingly impossible for me to find a job. I have a lot of restaurant/food service experience and I'm willing to work hard at anything, whether its construction or restaurant work or office work. I'm 24 years old and a hard worker...can anyone please help me?
