i have been so busy, ive neglected to go to any summer cross country practices, but it is my senior year, so i really wanna be competitive in this sport. ive done it all my life, and been mediocre. i ran a little on my own at the beginning of the summer, but i kind of trailed off, and now i have 2 weeks to get in good shape. any ideas on what i could do? i'm up for anything, if it will work and pay off. thank you for any ideas.
