I desperately need to get in shape for cross country. 2 weeks!

i have been so busy, ive neglected to go to any summer cross country practices, but it is my senior year, so i really wanna be competitive in this sport. ive done it all my life, and been mediocre. i ran a little on my own at the beginning of the summer, but i kind of trailed off, and now i have 2 weeks to get in good shape. any ideas on what i could do? i'm up for anything, if it will work and pay off. thank you for any ideas.

  1. Start Running NOW!  Run until you collapse.  Eat a healthly light meal with some extra carbs.

    Repeat.  Repeat.  Repeat.  etc. etc.  

    You've only got two weeks...quit reading and start running!!!!
