I desperately need will power!, please help?

I need something to get my mind off of having a slice of cheesecake!

Please give me some advise on will power!!

  1. You resist - you win.

    You have come way to far to take orders from a piece of cheesecake.

    Keep your eyes on the goal.

    Ask yourself - how will I feel 20 minutes AFTER I eat this cake?

    Reward yourself NOW for resisting (play a game online).

  2. Sweety if you eat that cake you will have to do at LEAST an hour just not to gain! The average piece has like 900 cals in it!! YOU CAN DO IT! Imagine your hot body in a bikini!!! DONT HAVE IT! if you REALLY crave sweets buy weight watcher cakes, cookies, and chocolate!! Is that one piece of cake realllllllly worth it? You eat it, then cry for hours wishing you hadnt. When you loose the weight and look super s**y you will be so happy you didnt eat it!!

Sometimes will power can be strengthened with distraction.  Do something to engage your mind on something else.  When I'm craving a nighttime snack  I light some candles put on music and do yoga.   7. Basically, you just need to do something that will get your mind off it. What's something fun to do? Whatever it is, do that. I draw, write, read, or play computer games when I need something as a distraction. On the other hand, if you're generally healthy and don't eat sweets, I say enjoy the cheescake once in awhile.

  8. Im no psycologist, but I suggest printing out a picture of an dat person and putting it on the refrigerator.  The problem is if your at a restaurant, I love cheesecake to.
