I did a mistake. i joined a group 'ex-zone'. now i am receiving a lot of mails daily and?

its very uncomfortable for me. please help me. how can i get rid of it.

Go to the group's site, click on edit membership along the top. In the next window scroll down and check leave group Click save changes and you should be out. It may take a day to take effect.

just  report the sender of the email as spam
