I did a study on 2 drugs , need the P-value of this difference .?

Question

Group A ( medicine A ) ; 30 patient , 16 completely respond, 8 partial respond, 6 no respond to medicine A.

Group B( Medicine B ) , 30 patient , 20 responded, 8 partial respond, 2 no respond to medicine B

How can I find the significance of diffrence?

Do a two-tailed Student T test and see what difference you come up with.  From there, you'll find your alpha and P-value.
