  2. I think it is a pretty good start! I was in both JROTC and senior ROTC and the perfect time for a male is 6.20 or somewhere close to that, so if you want to be in perfect shape try to get your stamina up a lot more and make it under 6.20. For a female the time is like 8 minutes and 30 seconds. But I could be wrong on this.

  3. ok whoever said the mile should be in the 6:30 range for a non-runner is on crack. your time is amazing!!! thats around the score most athletic guys get at my school. i am 5'7'' 145lbs and i can only run a 8:00 mile.

    Just keep practicing and keep improving!!!

    I wish all people could run a mile in 7:20 haha =]

    Practice about 4-5 days a week and make sure that like once a week you time yourself and see if you improve =]
