I did a tough work out yesterday and now I'm so sore and stiff. How can I loosen up so I can go running today?

  1. do a lot of warm up stretches and maybe a hot shower to loosen muscles right before u go running, or take it easy today so u don't hurt yourself.


  2. even if your sore just stretch cause then your muscles wont cramp even more when your running. it will loosen them up for the day and make sure you stretch after running also.

  3. I think taking some time to stretch out those muscles would help. Side Lunges, touching your touches, legs in a v on the floor, reaching arms for left foot, then right foot, that may make it feel better.
