I did an application at Hooters they open in September..?

I had sort of a mini interview ..and It went pretty well.(I think)he said that if they intend on hiring you they'll call for a second interview..Is this something that they do with everyone?and if so whats after that I heard about orientation..??answers appreciated

They will do a second interview before they hire; but they don't call everyone back for one.  Then if you are hired, you will have orientation.  (just like any job)  And since they haven't opened they will probably have a practice night.  I got to invite two people to eat for free (limited menu) so everyone could get a little practice.  If you haven't heard anything in a couple of days, call them back and ask.
