I did not get my PF from Hewlett Packard Bangalore. I appled it an year ago. They say Karnataka PF depts fault

I worked in HP Bangalore for 14months and had applied for my PF amount about an year ago. No one replies to my mails or calls. I have not received any updates. They once told that Karnataka PF department has to give the feedback. Need help.

You can write a letter to the Central PF Commissioner, New Delhi, write in detail about your complaint and attach all the copies of correspondence, the address is:

ok.

straight away visit the pf comissioners office and lodge a complaint in writing. obtain a copy of the complaint and then move the consumer redressal forum. after a few days.
