I did not pass any of my AP test?

I’m a junior, but going to become a senior in high school. I have taken 4 AP test, and I received a 1 for all of them. Does this mean that I won’t be accepted into any decent college? I am really disappointed in myself because I feel like I am not going to go to a good college. I really want to go to a private college or UC. Also, does this mean that I have to take these classes in college again? I took the AP test for chemistry, English lang/comp, world history, and calculus AB. In these classes, I received a B+, but in chemistry, I received a C.

  1. No, don't be too hard on yourself. It does not mean you will not get into colleges that you want, it just means that you won't receive any dual credit for the classes you took. It all depends on your ACT score, grades, activities and the requirements the university has. Don't worry about it too much :)

  2. Unless you receive at least 3 on an AP exam, and the college you plan on attending accepts a 3 for that particular exam, then you will not receive college credit for that course.
