  1. yup ..yup and holy cow yup !

People think yoga is a nothing...yeah right !

    Did I say yup ?  ...    :-)

  2. yoga is an amazing practice. it often works deep in the muscles without people even knowing or feeling it! yoga is super helpful in toning the body, and helping to relax the body at the same time.

    :)

  3. I would say probably. I play volleyball, and the day after  I'm always sore.

  4. Yoga does involve a lot of movement, like flow like the water, fly like the wind. it coordinates with your muscles. If there are spots that are sore, this may seem bad at first glance but in P.E term if the muscle is sore/hurt after doing strenous/movements this means inf P.E term that the muscle had been (not sure of the term) stretched and your muscle is somehow growing... thats about it. of course if the bone hurts >_< then I think you broke on XD better consult a doctor if it involves bone pain ...

  5. Being sore is completely normal, especially after trying a new type of exercise for the first time.  I have done yoga in the past and remember being sore.  However, if this continues over the course of doing yoga regularly, pay special attention to the poses.  Do certain ones hurt more than the other?  Especially your knees, because if you bend a certain way and your knees are in the wrong position, this can pull muscles.  Good luck!

  6. Just go on and exercise, even you are sore. No prob, as it's your first time. By the days, you'll be flexible, get in shape and tone up your entire body. So, courage!

By the way, I have a nice free yoga relaxation e-course for you, check it:

    All the best

  7. Is it a good sore or a bad sore?  Did you use proper form?  Yoga does work some muscles. You have to hold positions. It's mostly stretching but you do get some other benefits.

edit: If you pulled something or used improper form then you'll have a bad feeling. I've been working out for many years.

  8. Probably. Exercise is exercise, and you will feel sore the morning after and a few days into it. Don't worry about it, your muscles will get used to it at some point.

  9. Are you?

if you are its normal the more you do it the less pain you will feel later on

if you are not then good for you
