I didn't give notice at my last job.

Question

I have always given 2 weeks in the past and honesty is the best policy. What is the best way to answer this question when it comes up. The former position wasn't something that I wanted to do forever after I got into it and it was causing me great anxiety. That being said however, I don't want a potential employer to think that I can't handle a fast pace or am unstable.

I simply would ot mention it.  During an interview, only discuss positive things.

on a separate note, you should look inside yourself, and see if you like your character.
