  1. No, sorry, you are only eligible if you had at least $3000 of qualifying income, or paid something in federal income tax.

  2. If you made under 3 thousand, then I highly doubt.. thats just the amount the government chose as the cut off amount..

    sorry :(  ~

On the IRS.GOV site >> To receive a payment, taxpayers must have a valid Social Security number, $3,000 of income and file a 2007 federal tax return.

  3. Did you fall within the IRS guidelines for receiving said stimulus check?

  4. No, you do not qualify.

If you do not receive full amount of $600 now, then you may get the balance amount when you file your 2008 return, and you become eligible for the tax rebate.

For information on stimulus tax rebate read: http://taxipay.blogspot.com/2008/04/list...

  5. Probably not.  However, if you go to the IRS website there's a calculator that you can enter your information in and find out how much (if any) you'll be receiving.  Here's a link for it:

  6. Sorry, but $3000 was the cut off.  I am sure you need it as much as most people, but INCOME tax rebates and refunds usually go to people who make the INCOME and pay taxes on it.
