I didnt get my order from Amazon...?

Question

I ordered a game from Amazon.com about a week ago and didnt receive my Purchase. What can i do and where can i see its order number or what ever? If you have any more information please share thanks.

you can go to amazon and track the status of your order.  you'll just have to log in.  you should have gotten an email confirming the order so the number should be on that if you need it.  and if you havent recieved anything saying that it had shipped, then it hasnt shipped yet.  they will send you a tracking number once it has

Instead of asking here, why don't you try the amazon.com site!  I'm sure there are ways to track your purchase.

i would NEVER order stuff off the internet nor safe to me i dont care what every one els do but people can take stuff with your name and ruin your record man get wit it

They should email you a purchase confirmation. You can always contact customer support.

On Amazon.com at the bottom of the page there should be a link that says something like "where's my stuff?", and there will be an option to track your recent orders.  also right after your purchase they would've sent you an email with your tracking code that you might have to enter. Some orders can take longer than a week so unless you asked for expedite shipping or overnight, you just have to wait. If you think there is a problem you can contact the seller of the product you bought through amazon and demand a resolution. Your a consumer and have rights!! if it takes longer than 2 weeks you should DEFINITELY contact the seller. hope this helps.

Log back into your account, look under "where's my stuff"

that will tell you how it was shipped and often provides a tracking number.

Amazon is really good about following up if there is a missing or lost shipment.

I ordered a game awhile ago too.  I just got it on monday.

If you ordered and selected the free super saver shipping, it takes longer for it to actually leave the warehouse (5-9 business days).  THEN you'll have it in 3-5 business days from that point for shipping.

Free shipping through amazon is nice, but its slow.
