Question:

I didnt sleep all night, how can i make it look like im not tired?

I stayed up all night, but i look tired etc... i dont want to look tired, and how can i get some energy back, what should i eat etc...

  1. Protein for breakfast (eggs, beans, meat, etc).  And try some standing yoga poses, especially ones that stretch the arms out to your sides and above your head (don't even need to call it yoga - in general getting the arms stretched out and above will bring circulation to your head and neck).  Good luck!


  2. hearty breakfast like eggs bacon etc. also lots of coffee.
