If it does, then what i will have to do next ?

How can i convey this message to those Universities ?

I dont want to appear in exams like G.R.E or TOEFEL,

is an inventive idea alone sufficient to provide a scholarship in those Universities ?

  1. No. You need to take the GRE and the TOEFL.

Universities will need to know that you have the skills to succeed in their classes.  They are not interested in applicants who want to take short cuts.

Your idea might be good enough to get noticed, but Universities want someone who can do it all.

  2. Most offered scholarships requires its applicant to be interviewed before they decide who is the receipient. Just present whatever about your idea during the interview, it works!

    Good Luck

  3. i'd say both are good ideals to send to, because both counteries are really into science.

  4. just stay at ground and closer to earth  i also had thousands of that ideas.

  5. Well you will have to find a scholarship for an essay on the "new" idea, or publish it and hope they come to you. Most ideas have been heard already so I wish you luck, if its an idea that has been modified they will count it as a derivative work and you will probably get a pat on the back and that's it.

  6. Universities are almost all communist institutions.  They do not like intellectual freedom!  When you discuss revolutionary topics, you are treading in bare feet on broken glass!

Universities are in existence to indoctrinate, not to educate.  They are the bastions of The Establishment!  They do not usually handle their own scholarships, they are handled by donor entities.  But the universities do have the option of refusing scholarships, as well, a fact that is not often mentioned.

I do not know what you mean by "revolutionary idea on a topic", but if you do have one, it is best that you write it up in your best grammar and publish it so that it is copyrighted in your name.  Then present it to the grant writers and scholarship societies who service students going to the "educational" institutions.

Since you mention TOEFEL, I presume you are from another country than England or USA????  Many universities in our USA do not require an entrance examination if you have a good educational background with a nice grade point average.

  7. If you really have a 'revolutionary idea' you should contact a professor in that field at the closest college or university, or an academic advisor.  They can counsel you on whether or not this will help you get into a school.  Most schools require the basic exams though, and ask that you include any research, papers etc (not just ideas... you need to put it into formal writing) as supplementary to your application.
