I dnt seem to study whenever i try to i get distracted easily pls help!!?

How i used to study was to go though all of my text and write it down a bullet point fashion. This simplified it and meant there wasn't half as much stuff to remember. Also because you're writing it down, its stays more fresh in yor mind and you can take it anywhere with you and study in a queue in a supermarket / waiting for the bus / on the toilet. That way makes you remember more because you'd be like "oh yeah i remember i was reading that one when the bus came."
