it is 2nd hand smoke. which is worse than actually smoking it. it will be in ur system. my friend was smoking it, then i got drug tested and i had to pay a fine. i wasnt even smoking it and i paid for it.

you're breathing it in... it IS there... but the traces are so minute you wouldn't be able to find them... virtually the only way to test positive, is to smoke it yourself.

Yes.  Just like cigarette smoking, you are 2nd hand smoking.  It's getting in your system just as much as it's getting in theirs.

well potentially it could be, but even if it is it would only be in trace amounts... it also matters your proximity to the person, were you just hanging around or up close and personal... anyways even if you do get tested just tell the truth, about you were just hanging around someone who does, it isnt illegal... so dont worry your all safe.
