I do athletics and volleyball and i have normal sized legs for an athlete considering i do long distance...?

is it possible to lose weight from my legs?

if so..how?

  1. you could just have that body type...but exercises that might healp ur legs and your core is lying onn your back while bicycling your legs in the air, lunges, step ups, squats (fantastic for every aspect of the legs), leg press, calf raises.


  2. just work out a lot. if it's your body type, embrace it. maybe you have a lot of muscle. muscle is good! be happy with your body as it is! as long as you're happy, don't worry :]

  3. No excercise will help you lose weight in particular part of your body.  The only way to lose weight from your legs is to lose your overall body weight.  Since you're an athlete and must already do a lot of excercizes, you should focus on your diet.
