I do hardware and networking course but problem that next, i do mcse or ccna and i want to do networking?

it will make a network administrator + you will take in it ISA Server managment but be sure they are all server 2007 and isa 2007

Just do the following courses:A+,N+,CCNA,MCSE.CCNA alone will be useless in the competition intensive world.As a system and network administrator ,I recommend  that you do that course

OR

MCSA-->CCNA-->CCNP-->CCIE---for networking stuff only
