I do interval running for 15 min everyday and legs hurt. should i run?

i do interval runs for 15 min everyday and my leg muscles (inner thighs) are sore. it's been like this for weeks even though i've been running for past a month or so. should i be still running?

  1. Yes, you are hurting but don't give up-your body is getting used to a different type of stress. Try jogging slowly and constantly for thirty minutes.


  2. probably taking off 1 or 2 days a week would be good in order to give your body some rest.

  3. i would say keep on running amd u should be doing interval workouts for at least 30 minutes instead of 15 so try adding 15 more minutes to ur workout. ull get used to it sooner or later.
