  1. Yes! But it will depend on what you want to buy and from what website. Lots of on-line shops let you use EC cards or money transfer as payment, but like I said again its up to you to find out if they allow this.

  2. Go to the mall or near by grocery store and pick up a Visa gift card.  It is preloaded with what ever dollar amount you want and it gets processed just like a Visa card.

Since it is a 'disposable' card, you don't have to worry about someone stealing it and running up charges on it if you only put on it what you need for your online purchase.

  3. Amazon will let you use a check. They will give you a number to write on your check. You send them the check. They send you your order.

  4. Get a walmart Visa card. U add money and its like a debit card And its visa

  5. You could always get a prepaid or gift card, but they come along with a boatload of fees.

To activate a prepaid card, it's $9.95.  To add more money, it's $4.95. To see the balance at an ATM, it's $0.75. To withdraw money at an ATM, it's $2.50 plus whatever the ATM terminal charges. Every month you're automatically charged $4.95 too, even if you've been reloading it and things like that.

Universal gift cards (ones you can use at any store that accepts credit cards) are made by Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. While they can't be reloaded, they are significantly cheaper. It depends on the maker of the card, but gift cards are usually about $5 to activate, and then if there's still a balance after a year, they'll start charging $2/month to keep a balance.

You can get both the prepaid cards and the gift cards at anyplace like Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc.  Even a lot of gas stations are carrying them now.  All you have to do is select the card, bring it to the cashier and give them the amount of money you'd like put on the card.  After you bring it home and register it online, you can use it to purchase things online.  The only thing you cannot use it for is any type of automatic payment, like for bills.

  6. i don't think so!

  7. All is not lost.  Ask your bank, or any other bank if they have a "Visa Debit Card".  You use it just the same as your normal ATM card, for everyday transactions, but it has the qualities of a credit card.  Therefore you can make purchases over the phone and internet.  It's NOT a credit card, you use your own money, and if you don't have enough money to cover the purchase, then the transaction is rejected.

  8. Debit card. Most sites that want a credit card will accept a debit card so long as it has the appropriate company (make sure your debit card is a visa if the company only accepts visas, ect)

  9. If you are buying from eBay, it's the seller who sets the payment methods. You should registry with Paypal.

PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.

PayPal has quickly become a global leader in online payment solutions with more than 164 million accounts worldwide. Available in 190 markets and 17 currencies around the world, PayPal enables global ecommerce by making payments possible across different locations, currencies, and languages.

PayPal has received more than 20 awards for excellence from the internet industry and the business community -most recently the 2006 Webby Award for Best Financial Services Site and the 2006 Webby People's Voice Award for Best Financial Services Site.

Located in San Jose, California, PayPal was founded in 1998 and was acquired by eBay in 2002.

But you can also pay directly into there Bank Account, BE CAREFUL you may loss your money. Read Sellers feedback ratings, the more good feedback, more reliable they will. If your not sure don't bid for item.

If you are buying from other online business it's better to contact them to enquirer on method of payment.
