I do not have the manual for my exercise bike, but do most bikes give distance in km?

No most come in miles, but it depends on where you live. In the US it is miles but everywhere else it is km. But if you want to change it there is a button called mode and you press it untill you get the measurement you want.

ex.  100 K is 60 miles
