  1. MY FRIEND HAD THE SAME PROBLEM THE OTHER DAY. I TOLD HIM TO TAKE IT OFF HIS COMP THRU THE CONTROL PANEL WHERE IT SAYS ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS. THEN RESTART THE COMP AFTER U REMOVED IT. tHEN DOWNLOAD THE MESSENGER AGAIN.
