im worn out 4rm the previous days and two a days...

plus i sprained my ankle

  1. say u sprained ur ankle


  2. Bite the bullet and go and support the team!  If your ankle is sprained and your still in pain, the coach is not going to push the injury and make it worse.  Go to practice limping.... that will get their attention!
