I do not wish to have people email or IM me anymore?

I tried several times trying to delete my details via my network but, it refuses to delete yet,it deletes everything else I ask it to. Any ideas why it is refusing to cancel my consent for allowing people to email or IM me? Thanks.

  1. No, I do not know just make sure you click "preview" then "save changes".  If that does not work I do not know.  Good luck!!!

    I just checked your profile and it says you do not allow IM nor Email so it did work!  It might have just taken awhile to change.  You know yahoo sometimes it takes its time.
