  1. I don't know, but my mother-in-law will trade you, 300gls of bottled water left over from the Y2K scare, for some food.

  2. its a hoax

  3. If we do not stop global warming then all the predictions will come true. The sea level will rise, there will be more droughts and floods and millions of people will have to move house to higher land. How do we persuade others to take the problem seriously before it is too late.

The food shortages are not only about climate change affecting crops, it is also about an increasing world population. The population is expected to grow by another 3 billion in the next 40 years. That means we will need 50% more food for the world.... and we cannot feed everyone today.

There is also the increasing standard of living in developing countries. If the world population consumed as much food as people in the USA we would need 2-3 more planets to grow our food.

  4. THEN ALL LIFE ON EARTH WILL BE LIKE THE WHALES ARE NOW STARVING TO DEATH. FIRST THE HEAT WILL GET HOTTER AND LIKE OUR FORESTS BURN UP OR LIKE 2 WEEKS AGO, CANT PLANT BECAUSE WE HAD SNOW FOR A DAY, WITH THIS CAOTIC WEATHER. EXCESSIVE HEAT. UNABLE TO KEEP PLANTS THAT GROW FOOD FROM BURNING UP. HOMES BURNING UP DUE TO SUN'S HEAT, DISASTERS, FLOODS LACK OF WATER EARTH QUAKES  WITHIN 20 YEARS. IF WE as people refuse to delete GLOBAL WARMING, then I'll say goodby now, because alot of you or me will not be around long.   HAVE A NICE DAY.   MIKE

  5. Congressman Charlie Rangel (D-New York) leases a Cadillac DeVille for $774 a month with taxpayer money.

In defense of his taxpayer-funded Cadillac, Rangel says, "The car isn't just a vehicle for getting around; it's an important part of doing my job, and my constituents appreciate it."

But why not question the mindset of a congressmen who complains about oil companies but drive around in gas-guzzling automobiles.

Such members of Congress should be doing more to lessen America's dependence on foreign oil -- and those congressmen who do otherwise are being "hypocritical."

  6. Sorry to tell you there is nothing you can do to stop a naturally occurring occurrence. Man has no more influence in stopping the sun from burning as we do about the influence of the jet stream or ocean currents.
