I feel like I'm going to throw up (lol, not from being nervous, but because I ate too much). How do I get rid of the feeling? I have a singing performance and I really don't want to feel sick for it. How do I get better in time?

  1. you might be nervous, although you think you aren't.  try taking some slow deep breaths and think relaxing thoughts.  also, drink a cup of hot herbal tea.  Peppermint or ginger will help your food digest and relieve the nausea.
