If someone says "I am a Taurus aquarius rising moon in leo" what does "rising moon in" mean?

First of all why does it have to be c**p? All you had to do was ask your question and if you don't get into the whole astrology c**p thing then why are you even worrying about what what a rising sign means? Anyway, a rising sign is your ascendant. A moon sign is just what it says your moon sign. So in other words your zodiac sun sign is Taurus, your Ascendant which is your (rising sign) is Aquarius, and your moon sign is Leo. It's as simple as that!

I don't think it's c**p, but I'm sure glad that you don't get into it. It's just amazing that some people expect a person to pick up an astrology book and try to understand it before making judgments. This world is getting so damned cynical.

The moon sign doesn't actually rise.  You have what is called an ascendant or rising sign, but the moon sign is something else.  That statement means that Aquarius is the rising sign, but the moon sign is Leo.

First you have to learn how to spell...second, there is no  "rising moon" there's a rising, and moon sign. your rising sign is what you present to someone you first meet and also defiines your physical characterisitics. your moon sign is how you feel with your emotions.

Keep in mind, its not necessarily false, because virgos and cancers are similar. They happen to be extremely compatible signs with each other. The only significant difference is that virgo is earth and cancer is water.
