why the heck do ppl frickan throw trash out onto the street its not their trash can y don't they leave it in their car and empty it at their house!?!?!?!?!?

example: today, my teacher was on a usually busy street but it was 5 in the morning so it wasn't busy and their was a man in front of her and all the sudden he stopped his car, opened his door and dumped beer bottles, trash,paper, and a mcdonalds bag into the street and sped off!!!!!!!!!!! she couldn't see his license to report him, but ,lol, why don't ppl honk their horns and get out and kick the person in the shin until they pick their c**p up!!!?!? get outta their cars and was driving

People have viewed the world as a trash dump for years.  They think that if it isn't in front of their homes, then they have no obligation to keep the world clean.  It's sad and it will only get worse.

I admit that it irritates me to no end how little some care about their country, state, county, city and will throw junk out.

I keep a litter bag in my car and dispose of the litter in my trash can at home.
