It's when teenagers get that "The whole world is down on me because I'm a teen" thing. It's a result of raging hormones. lol

When you let your hormones run everything, and so they ruin your life and then you complain about it

I don't get it either, and I'm a teen. I know plenty of people with crappy lives who handle it well.  And then I know plenty whowhose lives aren't that bad, but they complain about it, so thats their "teen angst"

Its lame, and for the attention starved.

its just a label we put on teenagers who are having trouble balancing emotions, or being moody.
