I don't get this whole fitness thing?

Alright so I've been trying to get in some pretty physical shape (the 6 pack the pecks the arms etc) I workout every other day and I eat a bagel or oat meal before every workout then I run for 20 minutes then workout everything, after my workout I have a protein shake and eggs. I've been doing this for about 2 months and I do not see any results! What am I doing wrong?

  1. Cardio alone will not build up your muscles. For abs, try crunches. For your arms and such, you will need to lift weights.  


  2. well your doing most of it right. Up your protein to 1 gram per pound of your body weight. Eat 6 small meals a day with protein in every meal. Workout a little harder! its worth the pain!
