  1. I think the answer has to be 11 and 12.  They are the only two natural numbers (the integers, i.e., not fractions) that when added together give you 23.

  2. You don't get what there (where?) asking two natural numbers have a sum of 23?

There are 23 sets of 'two natural numbers that have a sum of 23'.

    They are:

    1 + 22 = 23

    2 + 21 = 23

    3 + 20 = 23

    4 + 19 = 23

    5 + 18 = 23

    6 + 17 = 23

    7 + 16 = 23

    8 + 15 = 23

    9 + 14 = 23

    10 + 13 = 23

    11 + 12 = 23

    12 + 11 = 23

    13 + 10 = 23

    14 + 9 = 23

    15 + 8 = 23

    16 + 7 = 23

    17 + 6 = 23

    18 + 5 = 23

    19 + 4 = 23

    20 + 3 = 23

    21 + 2 = 23

    22 + 1 = 23

  3. 12 and 11 would be examples of this.

Both natural numbers that sum up to 23.
