I don't have a baking dish, can I use the ceramic part of my crockpot to bake in?

  1. Do not use the ceramic part of the crockpot...it will possibly crack...its not  made for oven temperatures....invest in a sturdy baking dish or pan..they're fairly inexpensive in your major retail stores....if you don't bake a lot...get some inexpensive aluminum pans...I love those because you can throw them away if they're too messed up to clean.


  2. You can use it but you won't have the same results as you would if you used for instance a 9 and  a half by ll inch baking pan.  A baking pan is made so that all your food comes out uniformly done.
