I don't have a credit card would I be able to put money into those credit card/giftcards and buy stuff online?

Yeah, if that doesn't make sense. I'd like to put money into one of those credit cards that you can give as a gift to people, and they spend on w/e they want, would i be able to buy stuff online?

That's called a "pre-paid" credit card account!  Any bank will help you with that.  You put up say $500., and get a $500. credit limit card.

Yes you would be able to purchase stuff online.

you can pick one up at a local grocery store... i think you can get them as low as $25.00

but you should get a debit card...you can use it the same way as a credit card but  the money comes right out of your checking account.
