I moved to America from England when I was 13, but I am not a citizen yet. My parents have been paying for college but now they do not have enough money for tuition. Since I don't have a green card, I don't think I am eligible for loans or financial aid. What can I do? Are there any options for me?

  2. You won't get Federal money so you need aid directly from the college. Many colleges offer aid to international students. If you have good grades and scores apply to colleges generous to international applicants, mostly top colleges with large endowments. Otherwise, do what everyone else does, take time off to work and make the $$.
