I don't have a lot of space and I love to dance?

Ok this is a weird question but in the house where should I dance? There is no room in the bedroom because everywhere is filled with furniture and a dog bed. And in the living room I am not aloud to. The spare room always jiggles when I dance in there (and the bird cage shakes) and the basement is kinda creepy but it could do but then I always feel lonely. But then I usually end up dancing in the bathroom -_- Idk why I just do. Do you suggest any other places do dance (not outside)? Thanks.

  1. Hi Unknown,

I don't know if you mean dancing just in general, like touch up your moves for the school dance or something, or whatever.  What I used when I was practicing at home my ballet was I cleared out the garage and used that.  I had a cement floor, which wasn't horrible, but it wasn't the best because it was so hard to get spring out of.  Nevertheless, I had a lot of room and my parents let me use it as long as I put everything back where I found it once I cleared a space.  Whenever I missed class I would go in there, take my ballet class CD, and do my own class.  It really is effective.  Get a portable barre if you're talking about ballet or jazz or something like that.  It isn't that much money.  Here are the ones I like to use:

  2. I used to have the same problem, but it was all about gymnastics not dance.  My basement is kinda creepy too, but I just turn the tv or radio on, and I feel much better.  Maybe you could put the dog bed in there too so that your dog is with you.  Good luck!!

  3. just dance outside the house

    like

    no

    one

    is

    watching

be careful thou, some dances like cwalk if done outdoors may get you in trouble

  4. The basement sounds like the ticket.  Maybe you could fix it up and turn it into your own "dance studio". Good Luck!

  5. I've had the same problem - I hate the basement.  Do you have a garage?  If the cars are gone you could dance in there - just make sure you have shoes on!
