I don't have any eggs for a recipe, can I substitute something for it?

It is a chicken casserole with milk, bread, onions and mushrooms and needs to be baked for one hour. Is there something I can substitute? Or, can I just bake it without the eggs? Will it be a disaster?

Thanks in advance

  1. you could try it,

are the eggs being used to thicken? or just as an ingredient? If it's a thickener you can use cornstarch or flour, you just won't get a custard-y outcome

  2. Eggs are usually used as a binder but it should be OK without it

  3. If you have flax seed you can use that, otherwise i think it will be ok to leave out!
