I can't believe this so-called question, is for real. Death is NOT something to joke about or poke fun at and all you're worried about is how unfairly your sister treats you? If this is a true question, the State you live in would intervene. They would see if your sister could raise you in every aspect...financially, emotionally, physically, etc. If she cannot, then you become a ward of the state and they may try to place you with another family member. If no one can, or will, take you, then you will be placed in foster care.

I told you...death is NOTHING to joke about!! My favorite uncle died on my birthday this year and I saw NOTHING funny about it!
