  1. buy money orders.

  2. Money orders will be the best option and you can pick them up at the postal office when you go to mail your bills.

If you wish to pay electronically, I think you could probably pick up one of the new ATM cards that are sold at convienence stores these days.  You make a deposit of cash on the card and can carry it around with you as well as use it to make electronic payments with vendors who will accept that as a form of payment.  Since this is a relatively new concept and some vendors see these cards as "credit cards" they don't accept, I would stick with money orders for now.

Last resort and if you're running short on time, locate a payment center.  Some grocery centers have them, there is actually a store in my town where you can pay all of your utilitiy and phone bills with cash in person.  Call your companies and see where their payment locations are.  Consolidate to save gas and money!

  3. hey, you could pay it by a money order.

go to your nearest currency exchange.

  4. You best bet is to get a Prepaid Visa Debit card online or any grocery store, even a Bank will do it for you if you do not want a checking account.

I would just get a savings account then, and you can either give them the Account # or the Debit card #

    !

Here is a site that you can go to, put in zip code and you can find a store near you that you can pay for the prepaid to be refilled - Safeway I know is one of the stores, Walmart

Here go to any of these sites, they are NOT a scam, I have used them and had NO PROBLEM at all.
