  1. The landlord's insurance will cover damage to the structure.  It won't cover any damage to your property - that's why you should have renter's insurance.


  2. The owner of the house will pay for damages to the house but without renter's insurance your personal belongings are not insured.

  4. Bummer.   Call your landlord, they should remove the tree and fix the outside of your house.

    But your "stuff" is uninsured.
