I don't know how to explain this but something is up with my pc?

Question

First of all, instead of the whole page fitting on the web browser I have to scroll down to see all the page. It was not like that before. Instead of the address bar at the top of the page I have to scroll up and there are no icons down the bottom of my desktop. This is on internet explorer. It is driving me mad. What can I do to fix it?

hold down control key and roll the scroll wheel on the mouse...see if this helps...

Hi, I'm from the Internet Explorer Group. Your fastest solution is to install Mozzila Firefox or Opera Browser. Your internet explorer is 99% destroyed(well that setting is). in mozzila and opera it is 96% guarunteed you will never come accross a problem that will note be resolved in less than 4 minutes, great!!!
