  1. "can i tell you something and you promise to understand?" :)

  2. I know it is hard.I was sexually abused from ages 3-12.The problem was ,I never told anyone. At age 19 I went through  horrible rape.It is defiantly not an easy subject to discuss ,however it it easy to tell someone about it.I hope you put charges on your offender.I would sit my friend down and say  have something important to tell you'.This is very hard for me ,but I am trusting you with it.Then talk to your friend also seek counseling. It is a very difficult to deal with. Also for me ,it has been haunting me all my life and has been difficult to keep relationships.

  3. do your parents know? if so you could talk to them about it.

  4. You can start by saying "I have a problem that I want [or need] to talk to you about." That works for me every time and the person that I trust with everything automatically listens. They will help you and comfort you as best to their abilities. = ]

    Stay strong!

  5. My heart goes out to you.  Please, please tell someone.  A trusted adult who can help you deal with this.  You have been going through this alone for too long.  I hope you know that this was not your fault.  You did nothing wrong and no one is going to blame you.  Charges should be filed against the lowlife who did this to you so that they cannot do this to anyone else.  I am begging you now to go to someome you trust and just tell them straight out it's ok if you cry.  Tell them that you need to talk about something that's been hurting you for a long time.  There are also Rape Crisis hotlines in every state.  You can call 411 or look on the internet to get the number where you are and talk with someone.  Do it now.  God bless.
