I don't know how to talk to him?

First off i'm going to let everyone know that i'm very shy, actualy i used to be worse but now i'm just akaward around people(especaily guys).

So he is the manager of my soccer team, a graduate from my HS last year. I find him extreamly atractive and I feel like he is looking at me alot and the small amount that we have spoken i get butterflys. Alot of the girls joke around with him, not really flirting, he is just that type. If only I could get the opportuinity to actualy talk to him and hang out.

I feel like i'm at a dead end. We have this connection but i'm going no where because i don't know what to do next and i don't think he'll make a move because he is afraid that I don't like him.

Your showing deep feelings for him but be sure you know who he truly is, for example he may be a lets-have-s*x-guy or he may be noble. Either way show him your feelings, maybe ask himout to a movie or go out for dinner with him to see what his type is. Either way it can't hurt to try.

Careful, he might be off limits to you. If he gets paid to manage your team, he's definitely not someone you can get with. He could get fired for "fraternizing" with a team member.

If he's a volunteer, and it's not an official school team, it's still not the greatest idea.

If he were not your team's manager, I'd say a) sometimes you have to let things take their course; you can't push it. b) Some guys pay attention to girls even though they already have a girlfriend. When you try to pursue something, you can be disappointed. c) Despite a & c, the best course of action, instead of being frustrated, is to just ask the guy out.
