There is this guy that goes to my school, his name is adam and ever since i met him in a tall dating site~~~~~ http://tallmingle.com , i've just freaked out over him.

what should i do next?

If you know who he is and know him. Make an excuse to talk to him. Ask directions or advice or some such ice breaker. Or just say hi how are you doing today while walking through a corridor first thing in the mourning. Try to keep the conversation  going for a few minutes. try to have a few one liners prepared to say that are easy to work into the conversation. These can give you a quick clue as to what he is like. If you still think he is nice try to share a lunch spot while he is by him self at lunch. have a few quick chats and see what you do and do not like i him. Do not be afraid of looking like you are something he might not like Or he Will see you putting up a front and not like you.
