I don't know if I still love my husband, how do I know?

My husband and I have been married for 2 years. We have a daughter together. I don't feel anything when I kiss him or when we have s*x. We don't have s*x very often. We don't sleep in the same bed. It's like we are room mates instead of a married couple. It's like we are two different people, like we have grown apart. We care about each other. We are like best friends instead of a married couple. When I tell him I love him, it feels like it doesn't have any meaning. What's up with this? Is this normal for married couples?

It sounds like you're just not feeling the intimacy anymore...  That can happen when life gets busy and you feel stuck in a rut...

Try reconnecting in a fun way like taking a weekend away or spending a day together soing something fun that you normally wouldn't do... Even a short road trip that gives you the chance to spend time together can work wonders...  Hubby & I love to drive around and sing along with the radio...

Also, sleeping apart makes it harder to stay emotionally connected... I understand the need to get quality sleep... Hubby snores, and we also went through about four mattresses before we finally found one that worked for both of us, but I have to tell you that it was worth all the effort and time we spent... Those few little minutes of cuddling just before we go to sleep each night makes a huge difference in the way we feel about each other... We argue much less often than when I was  spending every other night in the guest room...

Try going on vacation alone with him; even it's for just a weekend. I have experienced the same thing with my husband of 7 years. We separated for a few months twice during our marriage but this really does work. Sometimes the day to day monotony can really change a couple.
